French luxury flocks to Rwanda
Rwanda is eager to become an offshore financial and logistics hub, and is working on a major project in its capital, Kigali. The big names in French luxury are already expressing interest in the plan.
Franck Paris was the Africa adviser to President Emmanuel Macron from 2017 to 2023. He has since taken over as head of France's diplomatic mission in Taiwan.
