Gucci considers vacating prime real estate on Avenue Montaigne

The Kering brand may opt not to renew its lease on its flagship store in Paris, thereby putting back on the market some 1,500m2 of retail space in a choice location. And the building itself remains at the centre of a family feud that may complicate things for would-be future tenants.
