Rolex calls time on trunkmaker Pinel & Pinel

For the last four years, the Swiss watchmaker had been in dispute with the French manufacturer of handmade trunks, which had been selling a watch-winder display case designed for iconic Rolex timepieces without permission. The French Court of Cassation has now handed down its ruling.
