Bulgari loses legal battle against APM Monaco

The Roman jeweller Bulgari, which has been bought by LVMH, is in court proceedings with APM Monaco, which it accuses of counterfeiting and whose social media accounts it has had suspended. The small Monégasque brand considers Bulgari's methods abusive and unfair.
