Mohammed VI sells French chateau once owned by his father

After putting the two mansions belonging to the late wife of former King Hassan II on the market last year, the Moroccan royal family is selling off a second historic asset, the chateau acquired by Hassan II in 1972 in France's Oise region.

Moroccan royal family puts two Paris mansions on sale

Two sumptuous French properties belonging to the late mother of the king of Morocco were put on the market a few weeks ago. The properties had long been managed by real-estate mogul Ely-Michel Ruimy, who also holds the licence for Joël Robuchon restaurants outside France.
