The Paris Court of Appeal has invalidated the designation of Rodrigo Basilicati-Cardin as sole heir to Pierre Cardin. If the designer's other nephews and nieces get their way in a separate round of legal proceedings, every transaction carried out with Cardin's bequest could be annulled.
