Luxury services provider at heart of probe into Élysée Palace ceremonies

France's financial crimes unit is looking into how Shortcut Events has been dominating the contracts given out by the French presidency to organise official ceremonies in Paris. The investigation is troubling many firms in the luxury sector, which often use this service provider.
