This summer, visitors to François Pinault's contemporary art gallery in Paris are enjoying Cloud #07156, an immersive fog experience staged in the central rotunda. But Glitz understands that the associated humidity is playing havoc with the listed building.

Various members of LVMH's shareholding family are using the group's shares to underwrite their own projects. Among them is Antoine Arnault, who earlier this year purchased the old headquarters of the Banque de France on Paris's Left Bank.
