As the largest shareholder in LVMH, the Arnault family is not only the richest in France, but also one of the most influential. Taking their cue from Emmanuel Macron, who enjoyed the clan's support during his presidential campaign and his first term in office, the president's would-be successors are now trying to cosy up to the luxury dynasty.
