The four committees that promote the luxury hubs of the French capital (the Champs-Élysées, Montaigne, Vendôme and Saint-Honoré) are planning to coordinate their activities more closely. It's a worrying development for the mayors of the neighbourhoods concerned, who fear being superseded by an alliance of brands with deep pockets.
