Banned from the Russian market since the start of the war in Ukraine in 2022, luxury goods companies are closely following peace talks, hoping to be able to return to Moscow. In the meantime, they are fighting tooth and nail to prevent Russian operators from taking advantage of any forfeiture of their intellectual property rights.

Del Vecchios buy Armani yacht as they ponder acquiring stake in the luxury brand

Fresh out of the shipyard, the Admiral Giorgio Armani has been acquired by the Del Vecchio family. They are the main shareholder in EssilorLuxottica, which distributes Armani eyewear, and have been designated as a potential shareholder in the fashion house in the late designer's will.
